after installing macOS High Sierra Many users have begun to complain that a number of programs in the "Pro" suite have Apple (Apple Pro Apps) can no longer be run on the new operating system.

With macOS High Sierra, Apple has made significant changes to the kernel, and older versions of Final Cut Pro X, Motion, compressor, Logic Pro si MainStage so that they can be run, an update is necessary.

  • Final Cut Pro X 10.3.4 or newer
  • Motion 5.3.2 or newer

To make updates, you need to log in to App Store cu Apple The ID they were from bought apps, then go to the section "Updates” to update softwares to new versions. After the update, they will run without problems on macOS High Sierra.

  1. Hi Stealth I am using a Mid2010 Macbook pro using OS High sierra, I would like to know if I can still get a FCP suitable for my machine.
