Apple a lansat recent cea mai noua actualizare pentru iOS 11. In iOS 11.2 apar schimbari semnificative, comparativ cu versiunile anterioare de iOS 11.
Cea mai semnificativa noutate, este intrucerea Apple Pay Cash, optiune ce va permite trimiterea si primirea de bani prin intermediul mesajelor (iMessages). Despre acest serviciu am mai pomenit si intr-un articol trecut, in care “prevesteam” introducerea Apple Pay Cash odata cu lansarea iOS 11.2. Din pacate acest serviciu este disponibil numai in USA si numai la bancile care agreeaza Apple Pay. In viitorul apropiat, Apple va extinde Apple Pay Cash si in alte tari unde sunt banci ce accepta Apple Pay.
Nu trebuie sa fie un motiv de suparare sau sa nu facei acest acest update, daca in tara dvs. Apple Pay nu este disponibil. Pe langa aceasta noutate, iOS 11.2 aduce si o serie foaret mare de rezolvari ale unor bug-uri si imbutatiri de performanta pentru device-urile compatibile. iPhone, iPad si iPod Touch.
Pentru posesorii de iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus si iPhone X s-a adaugat suport pentru incarcare rapida (fast charging) de la 5W la 7.5W. Mai mult, pentru iPhone X sunt introduse si trei noi Live wallpapers.

– Fixes an issue in Messages where the keyboard could overlap the most recent message
– Fixes an issue in Calculator where typing numbers rapidly could lead to incorrect results
– Addressed an issue where the keyboard could respond slowly
– Adds support for real-time text (RTT) phone calls for the deaf and hard of hearing
– Improves VoiceOver stability in Messages, Settings, App Store, and Music
– Resolves an issue that prevented VoiceOver from announcing incoming Notifications
Actualizarea este diponibila pentru toti posesorii de iPhone 5s (sau modele mai noi), iPad Air (sau mai noi) si iPad touch (a 6-a generatie), via iTunes sau Settings → General → Software Update.
