Apple joins the approach taken by many other companies around the world, to suspend or permanently stop the sale of products on the Russian market, in response to the military invasion in Ukraine.
The American giant (Apple being the most expensive company in the USA) showed "deep concern" about the crisis caused by military invasion of Russia and it is about those who suffer because of the violence in Ukraine.
In an official statement given by Apple at the beginning of the crisis, the company announced that it had only stopped the onine sale of Apple products in Russia, but with the escalation of the conflict, the decision was made to close all Apple stores on the territory of Russia, and the company to withdraw indefinitely from this market.

What exactly does Apple's withdrawal from the Russian market mean?
First of all, it is a loss for Apple as well, because with the withdrawal from Russia, the company will no longer sell products and services on this market, which is not negligible at all. In addition to the sale of products such as: iPhone, iPad, Mac, MacBook, AirPods, iMac, Apple Watch and other devices, the Apple Pay payment service and the iCloud, Apple TV, Arcade services will no longer be available in Russia. All these will be impossible to buy on the territory of Russia.
Also, the Apple Maps service will not be limited either, being able to be used with navigation limitations on the territory of Russia.
It will be quite difficult for other Russian retailers to bring Apple products to their own store network. Bank transfers from and to Russia to EU member states, the USA, are blocked, along with the exclusion of Russia from SWIFT. The decision was also taken by a number of other countries that are not members of the EU. Most likely, the only way to bring Apple products to Russia is through another country that still has economic relations with this aggressor country. Fewer and fewer countries maintain these relations with Russia.
Apple collects donations for families affected by the crisis in Ukraine - Unicef Campaign
On apple.com, we have no way to ignore the message under the main menu of web pages. "Donate to support families affected by the crisis in Ukraine". A donation link through which Apple supports the Unicef campaign for the crisis in Ukraine.
And because Apple knows how to give shivers to users, and marketing is good both in product promotion campaigns and in humanitarian campaigns, when a Mac user clicks on the donation link, a donation page in … Apple Music. Not in a page with Apple Pay, not in an iCloud, but directly in Apple Music.

What campaign can be more convincing than that? After we open the donation link, on the left side we have personal playlists displayed, and we can't help but think that at the same time people from Ukraine are hiding in bunkers and shelters, hoping not to hear the "music" of the Russian missiles.
You should know that the process by which you make donations is very simple. The money will be withdrawn from the card in the same way as it is withdrawn when the subscription to Apple Music or iCloud Plus. All the money donated is redirected by Apple to UNICEF USA.

Perhaps because Biden finances Apple more than it loses from selling products to Russia.
By doing so, all users will move towards Android.
Incredible!
