An error I met when I tried to delete the dedicated Windows 11 partition, from a MacBook Pro.
"Unable to read the Windows partition", And it is still said that the most likely boot camp assistant cannot delete this partition because Bitlocker is activated on Windows 11.
I restored Mac and entered Windows 11 to see if it really was, although I knew I didn't work BitLocker. Especially as I am installed Windows only for tests.
As it seems Windows 11 has something to protect for which Boot Camp has not yet been updated. Not even activated bitlocker.
To delete the boot field partition of Windows I turned to the method.
How to delete the boot camp partition a Windows 11 if we have the error: "Unable to read the Windows Partition"
1. We go to "Application" on macos and open "Disk Utility"
2. Select the partition "bootcamp" or "windows" (it depends on how it is called on you), then we go to the option bar and click "Erase“.
3. We choose to format the partition. exfam, fat32 or ntfs if you have Tuxera. I chose NTFS.
After formatting we return to Boot Camp Assistant and resume the process of deleting Windows 11. At the end of the process the space on the boot camp partition will be combined with that of "disk1" (or primary volume).

There is also the possibility that the error has occurred due to the utility Tuxera ntfs for macos. I also met abnormalities when formatting the partition during the Windows 10 installation with boot field. Leave comments if I can help you with something.
