Apple constantly develops both operating systems and native applications present on Mac, iPhone and iPad. The latest versions of IOS, macOS and Ipados they bring useful news to productivity. These three features are not an innovation and nothing new to those familiar with Microsoft's Outlook or even Mozilla Thunderbird. But they are welcome by Apple fans dependent on mail. The application that as expected runs best on Apple devices. As a small bracket, in fish 15 years of use Mac, the only application that gave me an error at some point, was OneDrive (by Microsoft).
Scheduled Send
Scheduled Send or "Send Later" as this option is known to other mail applications, allows us to set once and an hour at which the messages are sent. After we compose a message and enter the recipient's address, we set the date and time at which the message is sent. Simpler, it is a scheduled shipment of e-mail messages. More Details here.
Undo Send
Undo Send is a very useful option when we press Send to send a message, we realize that we forgot to correct something, to complete or simply we were wrong with the recipient. Undo Send will cancel sending the message shipped.
In the settings of the MAIL, iPhone or iPad email application we can set a time of 10 seconds, 20 or 30 seconds in which we can cancel a message from the email application.
The option is called Undo Send Delay and we find it on iPhone in Settings → Mail → Undo Send Delay.
Remind Me
Remind me is an option also useful for productivity. It can happen to receive an important message by e-mail at a time when we can not pay the necessary attention.
We have the opportunity to choose to be notified about the message selected over an hour, tomorrow or at a date and time set by us. For example, if we receive an e-mail message for work after the program hours, we can choose to remind us by a notification the next day when we return to the office.
