The new service Apple Fitness+ was officially launched on Apple Watch, with the update to watchOS 7.2.
Apple Fitness+ is a subscription -based (monthly or annual) service in which users can choose a wide range of Fitness exercises led by professional coaches. Exercises are interactive, it can be watched on the screen iPhone, iPad or Apple TV.
Apple Watch with Watchos 7.2 allows you to choose what physical exercises you want to do, and during them will send the data about cardiac pulse and calories burned, to the device on which the session takes place. So you do not have to remove your look from the coach to follow your physical parameters.
Apple Watch is essential for this fitness application. Basically, without Apple Watch you cannot subscribe to fitness +. It is the clock that monitors physical parameters during exercises and synchronizes data on iPhone, iPad or Apple TV. You need to have an Apple Watch 3 or newer model with Watchos 7.2. or newer version, in order to subscribe and run the fitness +application.
With the launch of iOS 14.3 and Watchos 7.2, cardio performance data during fitness exercises are sent to the IPhone's Health application, and users can be notified on the Apple Watch, if they do not fall into normal parameters. Notifications will be sent if the cardio rhythm will be too low for active physical exercise or if other parameters are not in normal values.
Apple Watch owners will receive real -time reports and on the state of cardiorespiratory health. The volume of oxygen required depending on the specific exercise and reporting according to the intensity of the exercises, will be monitored.
Apple Watch already estimates the average levels and high levels of oxygen during outdoor walks, hiking or mountain trips. At the same time, the Apple Watch 6 has sensors capable of measuring real time and the level of oxygen in the blood and sending alerts when its level is not in accordance with the physical exercise.
As I said from the beginning, Apple Fitness + is only available with a subscription that can be paid monthly or annually. Those who bought an Apple Watch 3 (or newer model) starting with September 15, 2020, benefit from free for 3 months. Enough time to figure out if the fitness + application is for you or not.
